- What does annual billing save?
- Pay for ten months and get twelve. Annual plans bill once a year at the rates shown, which works out to two months free versus paying monthly.
- Do I have to choose STR or MTR?
- No. Every paid tier underwrites and operates both short-term and mid-term strategies, and the best-use Strategy Selector tells you which one — STR, MTR, or a hybrid — maximizes returns on each unit, year-round.
- Can I switch plans?
- Yes, anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at your next billing date.
- What counts toward my market limit?
- A market is a metro you activate for full underwriting and operations. Browsing the finder doesn't count; a slot is only used when you commit a market to your workspace.
- Do you take a cut of my revenue?
- No. Stay Stax is flat-rate software, and what you earn is yours.
